Nanophotonic particle trapping using DBR-enhanced optical fields

Demonstrated nanoparticle trapping using distributed Bragg reflector (DBR)-enhanced optical fields to achieve strong near-field confinement. The DBR structure was designed to enhance optical field localization, enabling stable trapping of nanoscale particles beyond the capability of conventional optical tweezers. Experimental implementation involved nanofabrication, precision optical alignment, and optical characterization of trapping dynamics. This work highlights experience in nanophotonic device design, near-field optics, optical trapping, and experimental photonic system development.
